Our sales organisation is located in various sites around the world and accustomed to engaging with many different environments and cultures, even in the printing industry.
The quotation stage is fast and accurate because we can draw on fifty years of experience and, above all, because we have all the technology and binding and ennobling services in-house. We have one of the most advanced and diversified technology platforms and a production capability to meet any market and printing need: from the publication of top-quality books to web offset print runs for the publishing industry, from retail products to education, etc.
Paper Cube is our storage warehouse - a fully digitalised and automated hi-tech gem. Even now, years after it was designed and implemented, it still represents Rotolito’s strategic and futuristic vision. 3,700 m2 laid out over 20 m in height (and 3 metres deep) are organised to receive, store and manage the paper supply of all our customers and the meticulous distribution to all our production facilities. Our real-time interaction with the paper mills, quality control and storage methods are the reason why our customers can confidently rely on us to manage their valuable paper stocks.
Efficiency, effectiveness and interpersonal qualities lie at the heart of our organisational set-up - features which all our stakeholders recognise in us and which we apply throughout all the stages of the production flow. The consulting and quotation staff are, in fact, supported by the job order managers, and technical and, above all, customer care staff, especially during the delicate pre-printing stage, where expectations and the quality of the result are merged.
The online digital control of the plotter proofs is another stand-out aspect of our approach: a sustainable, accurate and cost-effective alternative (compared to the traditional plotter proofs) which also allows small publishing houses to review and optimise their work flows and checking processes.
The packaging and shipping stage of the printed material is another aspect of our focus on the use of environmentally friendly, recycled and recyclable materials. Our cutting-edge primary and secondary packaging systems also fulfil the customers’ different packing requests. An important juncture for anyone handling large volumes and needs to simplify or diversify the distribution of printed material. In the education sector, for example, we can fulfil the request to bundle several printed products (textbook + workbook + worksheets), thus providing a complete service to publishers in this sector. The handling of transport is also part of Rotolito’s expertise whether in Italy, Europe or overseas, we always offer the most efficient solution by road, rail, ship or plane.
We adopt the quality protocols required by all international markets that guarantee compliance at every stage of the production process and on the finished product, of course. This allows us to intervene quickly in the event of any disruptions during the production stage and to cut imperfections and non-conformities down to zero.
