Rotolito and Nava Press have achieved UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, a recognition that attests to the adoption of a management system focused on gender equality and the enhancement of diversity within organizations.
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 Reference Practice defines a structured set of indicators designed to measure the level of organizational maturity across six key areas: culture and strategy, governance, human resources management processes, growth and inclusion opportunities, pay equity, and the protection of parenthood. The objective of the standard is to promote a concrete and measurable cultural transformation, fostering fair, inclusive, and sustainable working environments over time.
